Where are the products made?
All products are handmade by me and I am currently based in Paris, France. All sourcings are from France! All yarns and extra accessories are all bought from independent local French stores.
Do you take customize orders?
Yes, I do! Please refer to the ‘customize' at the menu bar and fill in the form. Once that is done, you will receive a confirmation email of your order.
Where is my package?
Normally after your purchase, you should receive a confirmation email of your order and once the product is made, you will receive another email with the tracking number.
What are the Return and Refund policy?
Because everything is made to order on Crochet Me Nice, it means that once your order has been placed, the products are non-refundable and can not be returned.
What are the shipping pricing?
Shipping within France is free.
Shipping within Europe is 10 - 20 euros depending on your location.
International shipping is 30 euros.
